The topic of "New Work" has occupied us for a long time. For several years now, we have been trying, step by step, to redefine the concept of work for ourselves and our clients. In concrete terms, this means for us: self-organised teams, no predefined hierarchies, trying out new methods, workshops and, again and again, communication. 
We're not done with this process. We regularly ask ourselves: How do we do this? Does the work feel right? Are we on the right path?

On 7 March 2019, Xing New Work Experience took place in Hamburg at Elbphilharmonie – the event for new ways of working. Occasion for us to exchange, compare experiences. 
There were many interesting talks, for example from Sascha Lobo, former Federal Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer, and Frédéric Laloux, author of "Reinventing Organisations".
We as an agency can already confirm some of Laloux's ideas:

• Companies are like living organisms and work best when connected

• What bosses decide from above often achieves little

• Growth is not an end in itself

• People can work more creatively, productively and with more motivation when old hierarchies don't get in the way
