Career

Curiosity is not just a trait on a resume for us, but a work basis.

We create digital experiences that reach millions of people every day, in commerce, CMS, data, and AI for industry, trade, and brands. For this, we are looking for people who take responsibility, rather than waiting for it.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for committed individuals.

People who are eager to learn, want to take responsibility and shape the future with us. Whether you are an organizational talent, visionary, or tinkerer, it's important that you are a doer with a never-ending interest in continuous improvements.

What that specifically means: You will receive projects that will help you grow, a team that supports you, and the freedom to do things differently if you have a better idea. Titles are less important to us than what ultimately reaches the customer.

What we stand for

We rely on trust rather than control

Hybrid working and results that count, not the hours you sit in the office.

Group support, agency speed

As part of the TIMETOACT GROUP, we have the security of a group but the agility of an agency.

I have great trust in every employee. This leads to everyone taking responsibility and implementing projects independently. Our team is very diverse: we all have different skills and responsibilities, and thus complement each other very well.

Application Process

From the first click to the first day

No assessment center, no silent spiral. We tell you in advance what will happen and stick to it.

  1. Step 1

    Apply online

Please send us your application via the online application form.

  2. Step 2

    Short phone call

We want to get to know you better, so a colleague from the recruiting team will contact you and conduct an initial phone call or video call with you. It doesn't take more than 15-30 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    First meeting

The first meeting can be on-site or in the context of a video call. You will meet a colleague from the relevant department. We exchange information about your previous professional experience and show you what your potential future job entails. Additionally, the responsible recruiter will be present to answer all your questions.

  4. Step 4

    Professional exchange

During the second meeting, we go into more detail professionally. You may meet another team member or your supervisor.

  5. Step 5

    Team discussion

You will meet at least three members of your future team and get an authentic insight into your potential new work environment. If it is a positive impression on both sides, the process continues.

  6. Step 6

    Job offer

You receive a job offer. The respective HR business partner will go through the contract in detail with you before signing, so all questions can be clarified.

  7. From day 1

    Onboarding

You will receive all relevant information from us in advance and an invitation to our group-wide onboarding day. You can always ask us further questions.

Education at synaigy

You can learn stagnation elsewhere

Commerce, CMS and AI are evolving faster than textbooks can be printed. That’s why you learn with us in projects, through certifications from our technology partners and at conferences such as DMEXCO or K5. Your level of knowledge from yesterday is not enough for us; we’re interested in the one you’ll have tomorrow.

Here you will find answers to the frequently asked questions.

We work hybrid: Part of the week in the office in Dortmund, Cologne, Berlin, or Hamburg, the rest from wherever you are productive. Fully remote is discussed based on role.

Yes. Job postings describe an ideal scenario, not exclusion criteria. If three out of five points fit and you're interested in the rest, reach out. We also welcome unsolicited applications. We look forward to hearing from you.

We have an annual training budget, certifications with our technology partners, and internal sessions where colleagues share their knowledge. Become part of it.

Your hardware is ready on the first day, and your mentor is too. The first 90 days have a fixed plan with goals, feedback appointments, and time to settle in.
