With the Composable Commerce Platform developed by synaigy, completely new possibilities are opening up for us - from personalized customer offers to seamless integration of additional services. We want to take the next step as Siena Living and also sell directly on-site as an online pure player. Without our Shopware-based cash system, this would simply not have been possible in stationary retail. Synaigy understood what we need and delivered.
With the new Shopware app, we and synaigy have created a bridge to Shopware, one of the leading eCommerce systems, based on the Box Merchant API. Our partners can now offer their customers our flexible and sustainable Click & Collect Service "Box - The Pickup Station" as a shipping option in their Shopware shops with minimal effort. This development is an important step to better utilize train stations as central hubs, also in the context of last-mile logistics.
