Why a clear sustainability strategy matters
Why a clear sustainability strategy matters
Sustainability today is no longer pure compliance topic, but business-critical factor. Companies increasingly face social and regulatory pressure to act responsibly and make their sustainability strategy transparent. Efforts towards responsible, sustainable business also hold opportunities:
Whoever takes sustainability seriously secures long-term resilience and strengthens their competitiveness.
Investments in ESG criteria (environmental, social, governance) build trust with customers, partners, investors and talent.
Sustainably operating companies benefit from a stronger market position and better innovation opportunities.
With the EcoVadis award, our commitment to responsible business practice has been officially recognised. Our digital agency sees sustainability as an integral part of a future-proof economy. Our goal is to develop sustainable digital solutions and actively help shape the transformation of the industry.

Our roadmap on sustainability
Sustainability is an ongoing process. We already implement numerous measures today and have a clear plan for the future. Some of our initiatives:

Promoting diversity and inclusion: We actively champion equal opportunity and foster a diverse company culture.
Flexible and digital working: We enable our employees to work remotely with flexible working time models. With modern collaboration tools and a digital corporate culture, we promote efficient communication, self-directed work and a better work-life balance.
Reducing our energy consumption and CO₂ footprint: Through the targeted use of energy-efficient technologies, sustainable IT infrastructure and optimised work processes, we reduce our CO₂ footprint.
Sustainable IT and digital strategies: We develop resource-efficient digital solutions with energy-efficient software architecture, green hosting and sustainable marketing.
Optimised resource usage: Through conscious handling of materials and improved circular economy practices, we minimise waste and promote sustainable procurement.
Our ongoing initiatives
Through targeted measures, we're continuing to develop our sustainability strategy. This includes optimising our internal mobility solutions by promoting climate-friendly commutes and expanding schemes such as our partnership with JobRad and the VBB job ticket. This way, we enable our employees to travel more sustainably in everyday life.
At the same time, we're working on a sustainable procurement strategy and increasingly favour suppliers who meet our high environmental and social standards. Another focus is transparency in the supply chain. We ensure that sustainability criteria are upheld not only within our company but along the entire value chain. In addition, we're continuously optimising our digital infrastructure to further reduce our carbon footprint through resource-efficient IT solutions and improved energy efficiency.
Our sustainability goals for 2026
In the coming years, we want to make our business processes even more environmentally friendly and further reduce CO₂ emissions. Through an optimised circular economy, we want to consistently avoid waste and use resources more efficiently. Furthermore, we want to continue actively and continuously working on the development of our sustainability standards. We are aiming for higher certification levels and rely on regular reviews of our measures. This way, we ensure that we not only meet our own sustainability standards but also the expectations of our customers and partners.
About EcoVadis
Since 2007, Ecovadis has been assessing the sustainability performance of companies worldwide and has already analysed over 150,000 companies. The methodology is based on international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the UN Global Compact and the ISO 26000 standard. Companies are assessed in the areas of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. Industry and location factors are taken into account, as are a wide range of data sources.
