The key to the success of every digital product is acceptance by the users. We can positively influence this acceptance: if a product not only does what it's supposed to, but is also easy and even enjoyable to use, joy of use is created. This requires consistently user-centred development – usability cannot be added on afterwards.

Using practical examples, Klaus Cloppenburg explained in his talk how interactive tools lays the groundwork for this in stakeholder workshops at the start of the project. Listeners learned how usability is factored in throughout the entire development process.

The Webinale as a crossover platform for knowledge sharing

From 29 May to 2 June, webinale takes place in Berlin. As crossover platform, the conference offers knowledge exchange across various industries. Alongside a broad range of specialist topics, webinale stands out above all for its practice-oriented knowledge transfer. Over 80 workshops, sessions and keynotes are on the programme. More than 90 renowned experts and top speakers share their know-how with visitors.
