For 25 years we have been designing, developing and testing digital applications – with a focus on benefit and users. In doing so, we have grown together with our team and our clients. What we have learned: every company is different, every project is different. What matters to us: we want to put people and the digital products we develop at the centre.

We don't start projects with ready-made answers or rigid process chains.
We look individually at company's direction and requirements, plus user expectations. We rely on service design and holistic approach to projects. We build digital services and complex platforms, thinking digital end-to-end, focused on future-proof usability and user-centred design. We understand our clients' offerings, identify needs and define success criteria for digital solutions.

For us, service design is above all one thing: a change of perspective. Together with our clients, we shift perspective and view services from the standpoint of the users, in order to better understand the target group's requirements and future needs.

With tools like customer journey maps, user flows and usability testing in our in-house usability lab, we develop the best possible solutions step by step and support our clients through digital transformation. We see technology as an enabler and infrastructure for marketing.

Agile methods create flexibility and better results

We rarely follow linear process flows of concept, design and development – in our projects, we rely on an agile and iterative approach. We use clear goals and guidelines instead of rigid plans and prescribed processes. The continuous evolution of our processes and the freedom of individual teams ensure efficiency.

In our experience, the agile approach brings many benefits: from a fast project start, where not all details need to be fixed at the outset, through to high flexibility in the face of changing competitive requirements.  

Together with our customers we pursue a shared vision and a clear goal – the agile structure allows us to learn throughout a project and continuously improve, in order to achieve the best result.  

We believe: an agile way of working is an effective way to prepare for the future. Because agile methodology helps withstand the demands of the future and respond quickly to change of all kinds, even in interdisciplinary and complex projects.

That's why we've completely flattened our hierarchies and see ourselves as a living network in which we complement one another.
