We take this seriously

We take responsibility
For over 25 years, we at interactive tools have been developing digital products, placing people at the centre of our decisions and actions. This attitude defines us not only in our projects, but in our daily interactions and in our role in society.

We stand for good collaboration
Trust and connection within team are for us at interactive tools central principles of collaboration. For us that means everyone here can contribute their abilities as best they can. But it also means we aim for collaboration with our customers on equal footing. We listen, we exchange views, we clash and allow conflicts. Because yes, we believe together we find best solution and everyone involved benefits along the way.

We strengthen diversity
We know many different viewpoints help us understand things better. That's why diversity in team matter greatly to us; we actively strengthen it when forming project teams. Among dimensions we consider:
Age
Gender
Ethnic identity
Cultural background
Disabilities & limitations
Appreciation, communication at eye level and respectful interaction are the basis of our work. Every team member has valuable experience and perspectives. Exchange with one another moves us forward – professionally and personally.

We work sustainably
Sustainability, for us, naturally means addressing our ecological impact. One important resource we consume is energy, so we source electricity only from renewable energy sources. We also handle our spending consciously on matters such as waste, travel, food and office supplies.

We are committed

We are evolving
The world keeps turning. Within the agency, we're in good dialogue about how we want to act in this world. But we also look forward to direct exchange: what's currently on your mind in the world of work? Or do you have suggestions on where and how we can improve how we interact with one another? Then – and not only then – we'd love to hear from you!
