ATAMYA: maintain product data once, deploy everywhere

Cloud-native PIM for shop, marketplace, catalogue and print: you manage articles, media and translations in one place and distribute them automatically across all channels. AI agents handle classification, text drafts and quality checks.

How often do you maintain the same product information?

Product data sits in Excel lists, in ERP and in shop backend. For every new channel and every new market, your teams maintain same information again. Translations run via e-mail, approvals get delayed, faulty attributes only surface in marketplace feed. Bigger the range, slower the market launch.

The ATAMYA Product Cloud brings together product data, media, translations and approval workflows in one place and distributes them to your channels via API and ready-made connectors. The multi-domain data model also maps supplier and customer data. We support you from system selection through integration into shop, ERP and DAM, to ongoing operation.

HIGHLIGHTS

What a modern PIM changes in everyday work

The Product Cloud bundles data, media and approvals in one place. These five points determine how quickly a new product is live across all channels.

Maintain product data once

Articles, variants, media and translations sit in one shared data model. Duplicate maintenance per channel and conflicting data states are eliminated.

Supplying all channels

Shop, marketplace, catalogue and print are supplied from the same source. This happens via the REST API, scheduled exports or ready-made connectors, for example for Shopware and commercetools.

Automating routine tasks

AI agents handle classification, text drafts, translations and quality checks in BPMN workflows. Your team reviews the results instead of capturing data manually.

Start without operational overhead

ATAMYA runs as SaaS with automatic updates and deployments without downtime. You need neither your own server landscape nor a release project for every new version.

More than just mapping product data

The multi-domain model links product, supplier and customer data together. This covers your MDM requirements without introducing a second system.

What we deliver in your ATAMYA project

ATAMYA provides the platform. We make sure your product data goes in clean, comes out clean and stays maintained in everyday use.

System selection and data audit

We review your attributes, data sources and channels and assess which edition tier suits your range. You get a decision-making basis before any licence costs arise.

Data model and governance

We design the multi-domain data model with attributes, roles and approval levels. This clarifies who maintains which information and when it may enter the channel.

Integration into shop, ERP and DAM

We connect your systems via the REST API and existing connectors, such as Shopware, commercetools, Cloudinary or DeepL. Interfaces that don't yet exist, we develop.

Migration and data quality

We transfer product data and media from Excel, ERP and legacy systems, cleansing them in the process. Existing exports keep running until the new feeds are verified.

Set up agentic workflows

We set up AI-supported processes for classification, texts and translations and define at which point a human approves. Which language model is used is your decision.

Operations and further development

We manage integrations, channels and workflows during ongoing operations. A new marketplace or another language is added as configuration, not as a separate project.

Your path to the ATAMYA Product Cloud

From the inventory of your product data to ongoing operations. Four phases that clarify what ATAMYA needs to deliver in your setup and how quickly you go live.

01

Product data and process analysis

We review your data sources, attributes, channels and approval paths. The result is an assessment of which processes ATAMYA can take over, what data quality is required and which edition suits your range.

02

Data model and integrations

We design the multi-domain data model, roles and workflows. Plus integration with ERP, DAM, translation and commerce platform via REST API or available connectors.

03

Migration and rollout

We migrate product data and media, set up syndication channels and train your editors. Existing exports keep running in parallel until the new feeds are verified.

04

Operations, AI workflows and optimisation

We operate the integrations, extend agentic workflows step by step, and measure how data quality and time-to-market develop. Adjustments are made based on this analysis.

Product data now determines whether an item is found in the shop, on the marketplace and in AI search. That's exactly why we built the Product Cloud: cloud-native, and with automation wherever manual work was previously needed. Partners such as synaigy ensure that these possibilities actually reach organisations.

AI search doesn't forgive bad product data

The whitepaper shows what requirements AI-powered search places on product data. It includes a checklist you can use to check your attributes and texts.

A PIM rarely fails because of the software, but because of the question of who maintains which information and when it's approved. That's why we clarify the data model and responsibilities first, and only then the technology. Once that foundation is in place, automation actually becomes relief, not just a faster route to poor data.

Frequently asked questions about ATAMYA

ATAMYA is a cloud-native PIM system for product information. It covers product data management, enrichment, syndication as well as role and workflow management. The architecture follows MACH principles: microservices, API-first, cloud-native and headless.

eggheads GmbH from Bochum has been operating as ATAMYA GmbH since April 2025. The established PIM suite was developed further into the cloud-native ATAMYA Product Cloud. For existing customers, this raises the question of when and how to switch.

For manufacturers, wholesalers and trading companies with many items, variants and languages that supply multiple channels. According to the manufacturer, data volumes of over ten million SKUs have been tested. Getting started is also possible with smaller ranges.

A classic PIM manages product data. ATAMYA additionally links further domains such as supplier and customer data in dedicated, interconnected models. This covers requirements that would otherwise need a separate MDM.

In principle, any system via the REST API. Ready-made connectors exist for Shopware, commercetools, WooCommerce, Emporix, pixx.io, Cloudinary and DeepL, among others. Exports support standards such as BMEcat, ETIM and ECLASS. We develop missing integrations.

AI agents work within BPMN workflows: import and classification from PDF or Excel, channel texts, translations and automatic data quality checks. The language model can be freely chosen, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or a privately operated model.

According to the manufacturer, the licence starts at 599 euros per month in the Basic edition, above that individual prices apply based on users, channels and domains. Project duration depends on data quality, number of interfaces and migration scope.
