Want to report specific breaches of law or suspected misconduct related to the TIMETOACT GROUP? Our whistleblower form on this page is available for that. We take your concern seriously and treat it with the highest priority. Only our General Counsel (Nina Bahnmüller) and Head of Management Systems (Aline Eckstein) at the TIMETOACT GROUP receive your message. You naturally have the option to remain anonymous and are under no obligation to provide your name or any other personal data. These therefore cannot be traced back to you.

We note, however, that we rely on your email address or another means of contact if you'd like to enable follow-up questions or further communication to take place. Follow-up questions are often useful to adequately clarify matter and initiate next steps. With an anonymous report, this is only possible to limited extent depending on incident.

We ensure that no action will be taken against you for reporting a breach or cooperating in an investigation, provided you have not committed any abuse yourself. The company will observe applicable data protection regulations, in particular your rights and those of the accused. Reports are used solely for the purpose of investigating and, where applicable, penalising breaches. The accused will be informed of allegations against them as soon as this no longer jeopardises the investigation. Data no longer needed will be deleted once the investigation concludes, or after 12 months at the latest.
