Acting people-centred

Both in our work for clients and in collaboration within the team, people and their needs are the most important thing to us. This means we do everything we can to ensure our employees can work optimally. Specifically, that means: flexible working hours, home office, time off and adjustments to new circumstances are a given for us. Because if our team isn't happy, neither is the client side.

Becoming more sustainable

We aren't afraid to try new things if they support our pursuit of greater environmental protection, economic sustainability and social justice. We try to make our work better and more sustainable step by step. Here you can read how we tackle the topic of sustainability in concrete terms.

Learning without end

We see our work as an opportunity to keep learning constantly. In projects, from colleagues, through webinars and workshops, through individual research or through a mistake – the people at interactive tools enjoy learning from these situations in order to grow together. Digital media evolve extremely fast and continuously. So we're never done learning.
