Immowelt portal relaunch and user-centered consulting
Immowelt.de is one of the leading property portals in Germany. The e-commerce website stands out through high-quality listings and precisely matched search results. We have supported Immowelt for more than twelve years with a focus on user centricity. We carried out the relaunch of immowelt.de based on the results of usability tests. Intuitive usability and positive user experiences were especially important to us during implementation.
After more than a decade of intensive collaboration, we have got to know structures, accompanied changes and taken on challenges. As external consultants, we bring different disciplines together and, with workshop formats developed individually for Immowelt, provide impetus and a change of perspective. We are currently advising Immowelt on internal processes. Our focus here is on customer experience in the context of brand and innovation.

As part of the immowelt.de relaunch, we consistently placed users' needs at the centre. Some of the most important innovations for the portal were:

Initial usability tests already showed results: users of the new immowelt.de search navigated the search process significantly better and described a positive user experience. The relaunch was accompanied by online marketing measures such as flash banners and a landing page.
The aim of the relaunch of immowelt.de was to make the portal more intuitive and emotional. With our partner interactive tools, the complex topic was implemented optimally within the set timeframe. The experts in user-friendly internet portals developed not only an instantly understandable interface, but also the desired emotional design.
Wohnen & Leben microsite: further content for flat seekers
The "Living in Germany" page informs people searching for housing about local surroundings, property markets and rents in Germany. interactive tools developed a concept for the new website and implemented the design responsively and user-friendly across all display formats. There are exploratory entry points into various topic areas, and an interactive map makes the website easier to navigate.
We integrated the information relevant to the target audience using innovative, engaging formats.
