Unsere Leistungen
Through joint workshops, the requirements for a new system - and thus also for the new online store - were developed, specified, and implemented.
The primary goal was to find a system that could not only process an enormous amount of data but also enable the integration of Punch-Out (OCI, Ariba, Coupa). This basic requirement was met, as this integration is necessary for many of UDO BÄR’s major clients. Additional requirements for the new online store included improved visibility in search engine results (SEO), a redesign of the UX/UI, and internationalization - specifically, localization into multiple languages.
Implementation and Operation: Intershop platform with maintenance and support provided by synaigy
Following the successful implementation of the project, we also took over maintenance and support for the new online store. As a result, UDO BÄR continues to receive ongoing care and support from our team of experts. After the go-live, synaigy also took over maintenance and support for the new online store. Our team continues to provide UDO BÄR with ongoing support and assistance during day-to-day operations.

What we did for UDO BÄR
The workshops resulted in five work packages - ranging from the data model to day-to-day operations.
Punch-out integration
OCI, Ariba, and Coupa are directly integrated - a prerequisite for UDO BÄR’s major clients.
Scalable data processing
A steadily growing number of items and variants are now running smoothly - in areas where the legacy system had reached its limits.
Search engine visibility
SEO was part of the requirements from the very beginning, not something that came up only after the site went live.
UX/UI and internationalization
A redesigned user interface and localization into multiple languages - the foundation for international business.
Operation, maintenance, and support
After the go-live, the team remained on board: maintenance and support continue as a managed service.
In the course of continuously advancing our digitalisation and automation, we faced the challenge of introducing a new e-commerce system. Its main job was to be able to process large volumes of data and to be adaptable to our individual requirements. In synaigy, we gained a competent and reliable partner who not only supported us in introducing the Intershop e-commerce platform, but was also able to ensure smooth, scalable and secure operation of the online shop – independently of time and place. We look forward to continuing this pleasant collaboration and are confident that together we will make our e-commerce area even more successful.
